Industrial: Vermeer, Richlands

Project Details

This large-scale industrial project was undertaken recently by Beaufort Constructions for Vermeer Equipment Holdings in Richlands, an outer suburb of Brisbane.

This design and construct project included facets of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fire services, with the Beaufort Constructions team undertaking a number of works including making good existing hardstand, roof and guttering, and plumbing, and replacing warehouse translucent sheeting.

The team were also responsible for installing flooring, including ceramic tiles to office amenities, and vinyl flooring in the kitchenette. New toilet and shower cubicles, with fixtures, were also installed. The team also successfully undertook construction of a new administration area and showroom.
