Working within a budget of almost half a million dollars, this commercial office fit-out and facade has been a recent successful project for Beaufort Constructions

The works undertaken showcase an impressive, contemporary commercial office building, utilising a great mix of colour schemes and styles both internally and externally.

The extensive works included:

• Carpark – demolition of existing, construction and painting of new, including roofing
• Exterior painting
• Roofing installed over front entrance
• Extending mezzanine floor
• Installing new staircase
• Installing new offices and kitchenettes
• Installing toilets
• Refurbishing existing kitchen and toilets
• Building new meeting room and waiting room
• Installing new reception counter
